Abstract:

The current research seeks to determine the influence and correlation between the quality of work life and the creative performance of the workers at the level of the Projects and Engineering Services Department / Karbala Holy Health Department To achieve this, the quality of work life was measured on three sub-dimensions, namely (adequacy of salaries and equality, participation in decision-making, work environment) while the creative performance of workers was measured by means of four dimensions (the spirit of risk, flexibility, scientific methodology in thinking and problem solving, persuasion). The descriptive analytical approach was used in presenting the research topics and the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data and information, The sample was represented by (139) workers from the Engineering Projects and Services Department / Karbala Holy Health Department. A set of statistical methods and tools were used in analyzing the data represented by tests, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, person correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. These methods have been used on statistical programs (Amos V.23, SPSS V.24). The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: The most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant correlation and influence relationship between the quality of work life and the creative performance of workers. Finally, the study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of investing in the positive relationship and impact of the quality of work life in creative performance through the researched section developing proactive plans to benefit from the application of the concept of quality of work life in enhancing the creative performance of its workers.
