Abstract
The current research sought to uncover the effect of business intelligence in enhancing the mental image of the organization by application in the Mahaweel municipality directorate, To achieve this, the dimensions of business intelligence (technical infrastructure, knowledge process, human capital, and culture) have been adopted, Has also been The dimensions of the mental image of the organization were adopted (the perceived mental image, the desired mental image, and the mental self-image), The researcher relied on the questionnaire form as a tool to collect data and information, following the method of a comprehensive survey of the opinions of the members of the research sample, which were intentionally chosen, of which (95) employees, As (95) questionnaires were distributed, of which (81) were returned, while the validity of analysis was (75) questionnaires, the research used the tools of teacher statistics in analyzing and processing data and information.
The research reached many conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a significant correlation between business intelligence and the mental image of the organization, as well as the presence of a significant influence between business intelligence and the mental image of the organization.
