Abstract:
The concept of the employee’s voice has received the attention of researchers of organizational behavior and human resources management, as the research started from a realistic problem embodied by a number of intellectual and applied questions whose answers aimed to identify the intellectual frameworks of the two research variables (employee voice, work outputs), which is a recent topic in the Iraqi environment as well as identifying the level of The practice of the research sample represented by the Husseini Municipal Directorate / Karbala, which is sacred to the employee’s voice in submitting proposals and opinions to the administration that affect the work outcomes in the researched directorate, and then seeking to test their impact.
The research adopted the analytical exploratory research method in the researched organization to obtain the necessary data and information. Therefore, the researcher adopted the questionnaire list as a tool to collect data and information, and it was distributed to employees in the research directorate, as the number of the sample size reached (60) respondents and received it from the research community of (160) individuals The research used the tools of teacher statistics in analyzing and processing data and informationin relying on the statistical program (spss.v.24).
Through the research, the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which are the following: That the two variables of the employee’s voice and work outputs are positively related, and this is an indication of the employees ’feeling of the extent of interest in them and listening to their suggestions and the value of their roles and tasks. While the research reached some recommendations, including: Enhancing the employee’s direct voice as he is It contributes to employee gaining self-confidence and encouraging opinions and suggestions in decision-making, as well as increasing their participation in their jobs.
