Abstract
The study aimed to test the effect of authentic leadership as an independent variable on sustainable performance as a responsive variable, via the modifier variable, a relationship of strategic agility. In the General Company for Grain Trading, and in order to that, the study relied on four dimensions of authentic leadership (authentic leadership) represented by (self-awareness, external perspective, transparency of relationships, balanced treatment) according to (Walumbwa., 2008) and testing its impact on sustainable performance ( sustainable performance) in its dimensions (economic performance, social performance, environmental performance) for the dimensions (PAULRAJ., 2011) as well as the interactive role test (modifier) for agility (strategy) with its dimensions (sensitivity, unity of command, resource flow) for (Doz & Kosonet) It is of great importance to study public organizations and the role that these organizations have in society, as the researcher excused the descriptive-analytical approach in accomplishing this thesis, by collecting data from workers in departments, divisions, and Al-Washet (269) respondents from a total of accreditation with personal and return interviews as tools Used in foreign and Arab studies. Adoption of personal and repeat interviews as tools used in the study. Help collect it.
The study started from a pure problem represented by the main question: What is the role of authentic leadership in sustainable organizational performance in the General Company for Grain Trade? Do strategic agility. Put the study of graphs into the graphs study program.
The study came out with a sentence from the beginning, the most important of which is the evolution, the beauty of authentic leadership in sustainable performance, with the level of agility effect, as a (directive) modified variable of the relationship between the two variables. The study recommended the new study, an opportunity for purebred industry and agility in the researched company.
