Abstract:

          The research was concerned with evaluating the efficiency of the economic performance of the city of Nawras games Karbala, which is located in the holy Karbala governorate, as a set of criteria were chosen to be adopted in evaluating the efficiency of performance such as (production capacity standard, productivity standard, return on capital, added value criterion, technology degree standard, And the criterion of the ratio of salaries and wages to value added). The results showed that the city of gulls games in Karbala succeeded in some tests and failed in others.

          At the end of the research, a set of conclusions and results were reached for weaknesses and strengths, including the increase in revenues for the city of gulls games during the period (2018-2019) compared to In past years, this indicates the good possibilities available in front of the city of games. In addition to writing several points as recommendations to the city administration, including the need to conduct a continuous and periodic performance evaluation and to benefit from the results in developing the reality of the city’s condition, and the need to cooperate with research centers and those with academic experiences in this field in order to enhance and raise their capacity and competence.
