Knowledge management and its impact on the quality Strategic Decision

Abstract

The present study aims to demonstrate the impact of knowledge management (diagnosis, creation, storage, distribution or dissemination and application) of knowledge. its reflection on the quality of the strategic decision represented by its dimensions (identifying the problem, presenting alternatives and choosing the best alternative, implementing the strategic decision, monitoring (follow-up). Applying the strategic decision in Ministry of Interior (to a sample of leaders in the Ministry of Intelligence and Federal Investigations Agency (general managers, directorates, departments, and divisions) based on a basic problem represented by the limited perception search sample to the basics of the field relationship between the study variables, as Which used the descriptive and analytical approach and interpreting Information As the size of the researched sample reached (90) individuals, and the questionnaire was the main tool for data collection, a numbers of appropriate statistical methods were used for testing and analysis, such as the normal distribution test, confirmatory constructive validity and some descriptive statistics suitable for testing and analysis such as the normal distribution test, confirmatory constructive validity and some appropriate descriptive statistics. And the correlation coefficient ((Person) and the (SEM) method for measuring the influence relationships between the study variables.

These methods have been used on the analysis programs: ,  (Microsoft Excel 2010, Spass V.24, AmosV.23) The study came out with An important set of results such as the existence of a positive correlation between the variables of the study as well as the presence of a positive influence relationship between knowledge management and its dimensions on the quality of strategic decisions in the organization. The study also came up with some important recommendations.

• Ministry of  for Intelligence and Federal Investigations    should adopt a vision clear : Knowledge Management, Quality of Strategic Decision strategy & Increase its operations with the aim of inviting the senior management’s consideration of the importance of knowledge management, as it is the main pillar of development and progress.
• Striving to create a work environment that encourages and supports the quality of the strategic decision based on the basis of participation and exchange of experiences and proposals regarding the selection of the best proposed decisions.
