Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the extent of the influence and correlation relationship between strategic agility as an independent variable in the effectiveness of organizational crisis management as an approved variable for leaders from the Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the headquarters of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior. In order to achieve this, the researcher adopted the dimensions of strategic agility represented in (strategic sensitivity, unity of command, and resource fluidity), while the dimensions of the effectiveness of organizational crisis management were adopted, represented in (the speed of response decision, communication and information flow, and resource mobilization and mobilization).
The study sample was selected from the above-mentioned agency leaders, as the size of the researched sample amounted to (165) directors, divided as follows (6 director general, 37 directorate directors, and 247 department directors). The study problem was mainly represented in the weak cognitive vision of the study sample of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables.
The descriptive analytical method was used during this study. The questionnaire was the main tool for data collection. A number of statistical methods as well as appropriate statistical analytical programs were used in the process of analyzing and processing data, and this study resulted in a number of conclusions, the most important of which are
