Abstract:
The current research aims to test the potential impact of agile leadership with its dimensions on organizational virtuosity, and the importance of the research lies in contributing to an increase in the understanding and awareness of managers in the researched organization of the level of agile leadership’s influence in achieving organizational virtuosity. The problem of the research was represented by the question that states, “How does agile leadership affect the organizational prowess in the Diwan of Education, the Manathera Education Department in the Najaf Governorate?” The research relied on the questionnaire form to explore and address the research problem. As for the research sample, it was represented by the Manathira Education Department of the Diwan of Education in the Najaf Governorate as a field for the application of the research, and the questionnaire was designed as a main tool for data collection, which was prepared by the researcher based on ready-made standards to explore the relationships and influence between The research variables, and the research sample was intentional, and the researcher relied in analyzing the data on a set of statistical methods, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, relative importance), and the data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program v23, Amos v23 (Spss), and it was adopted Research descriptive analytical method. Among the most prominent results, the current research measures represented by (agile leadership and organizational prowess) achieved good levels of structural validity and this confirms the accuracy of the conceptual structures of these standards, add to that the high consistency between the research measures with the answers of the researched sample at the sample level, and this confirms the strength of the standards Its consistency and the validity of its representation of the variables with a specified number of dimensions and measurement ,items.
