Abstract
Abstract This research reflects a detailed picture of the economic reality of the use of Iraqi airspace. Therefore, the research divided into five main axes, the first axis defined airspace. The second axis addressed the reasons for charging wages for traffic in the airspace of the state and the services provided for those wages. The third axis devoted to revenues of Iraqi airspace. The fourth axis explained the relative importance of the revenue Iraqi airspace compared to the revenues of the Civil Aviation Authority and finally concluded with an oriental vision followed by conclusions and recommendations.
