Abstract

The current research is presented through its intellectual frameworks and its aim is to know the role of leadership with values in enhancing the mental position of the organization, and each variable has relied on a set of dimensions, as it included the independent variable (leadership by values), which adopted the model (2016, Bulti) on the dimensions of (integrity , Mercy and gratitude, humility and selflessness, accountability and self-discipline, moral vision and courage), while the dependent variable (the mental position of the organization) relied on a model (Al-Amiri, 2015) that includes five dimensions (perceptions, motivations, influence, behavior, desire), and the correlation and effect relationship between the dimensions of the two variables has been identified, and two main hypotheses have been developed The first hypothesis) stated that (There is no statistically significant correlation Between leadership by values and mental organization of the organization) and five sub-assumptions branched from them.Either (the second hypothesis) stipulated that (leadership by values does not enhance the mental position of the organization) and also five sub-hypotheses that are divided into itThe research was applied to the employees at Universty Of Warith AL- Anbiyaa That Belongs To The Holy Husseinian Threshold), and the researcher relied on the questionnaire form, as a research tool to obtain real results, and the current research adopted the intent sample method for the opinions of the employees of the research community, and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which, seeks The university seeks to recruit leaders who have imagination, broad perception, and moral courage. The current research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is to increase the interest of university leaders researched by the reward system through its financial and moral activation.
