Abstract

Abstract The aim of the research is mainly to determine the nature of the correlation and influence relations between the quality of work life and the employees innovation of the workers, as the main problem of the research revolves around the intellectual debate of researchers about the nature of relationships to the variables within an intellectual level that clarifies the nature of scientific differences between researchers about research variables and their implications for the College of Administration and Economics / University of Karbala through a group of questions based on the researcher’s perceptions, the most important of which is, what is the effect of the quality of work life in its dimensions on employees innovation? In order to achieve the research objectives, a hypothetical diagram was designed that clarifies the nature of the relationship between the variables of the current research. A set of hypotheses were built to identify the level and nature of the impact between the quality of work life and employee’s innovation in the College of Business and Economics / University of Karbala to achieve the research objectives, and the questionnaire was adopted as a main tool to collect data from a sample of teachers at (College of Administration and Economics / University of Karbala). As the research community consisted of (127) individuals, a sample of (97) individuals was withdrawn from them, representing the faculty in the college under consideration. The current research used the statistical package (Smart PLS v.3) to arrive at the related results, the most important of which are (stability of internal validity, index stability, convergent validity, and discriminatory validity) to test the reliability and validity of the scale, and (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance, The level of the answer, the ordinal significance) of the statistical description and (the correlation coefficient – Pearson, the equation of the structural modeling in the Smart PLS program. To test the direct hypotheses and the effect) as well as using the (Excel) program.The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is (there is an effect of the quality of work life on job creativity) and based on these conclusions the researchers presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was that the college administration under discussion should work to provide the physical environment and the appropriate organizational climate for the teaching by the college administration in terms of the capacity of the place The feeling of safety and calm at work, as well as other positive aspects, especially with regard to enhancing resources and capabilities, which are organizational elements indispensable in achieving employees innovation.
