The research aims to address the impact of core capabilities on the entrepreneurial trend, where the dimensions of core capabilities (the independent variable) were represented by (the common vision, organizational learning, service industry and development, the integrative dimension) and the dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation (the dependent variable) represented by (creative, risk tolerance, proactiveness). competitive offensive).
For the purpose of applying this study in the field and testing its hypotheses, the Department of Education was chosen at the Hussainiya Holy Shrine, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data related to the field side. The study included a sample of (185) who occupy the position of board member, general manager, department manager, branch manager, division official, unit official. This study reached several conclusions, including: Through statistical analysis, we conclude that there is a significant correlation and effect between the core capabilities of their dimensions and the entrepreneurial orientation.This study included several recommendations, including: the need for the organization to pay attention to the core capabilities and capabilities that it possesses in order to use them in seizing new opportunities and overcoming obstacles.
