Abstract
The study dealt with the issue of re-engineering banking operations with its dimensions (technical and development dimension, efficiency and organization, control and quality of banking service) in its impact on organizational effectiveness with its dimensions (achievement of goals, adaptation, integration) if it sought the theoretical framework that is based on intellectual rooting and making a modest contribution in what is related to With the variables and dimensions of the study, given the importance of the private banking sector in the ways and the role it plays in the economic process of the country, the study was conducted in (10) private banks, namely (Ashur International Bank, Elaf Islamic Bank, Babylon Bank, International Development Bank, Bank of Baghdad, United Bank, and the Bank. Al-Ahly of Iraq, the National Islamic Bank, the Middle East Bank, Al-Ahli International Bank) and a banking sample was selected represented by (managers, assistant director, heads of departments, division and unit managers). The researcher conducted it with a number of managers of the surveyed banks. The researcher also used a set of statistical methods in order to process data and information. (Cronbach’s alpha, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient, person, simple linear deviation, interpretation coefficient (R2), choice T, choice of F). With organizational effectiveness and all its dimensions, that is, the technical and technological dimension is the most closely related to the valuable organizational effectiveness, followed by the efficiency and organization dimension, and then came in third place after supervision and service quality. adaptation) because it suffers from shortcomings and great discrepancies in realizing the importance of these dimensions, in order to advance the Iraqi banks in general and the banks investigated in particular, and thus create greater competitive advantages for the Iraqi banking sector in general and the banks under study in particular
