The Study Mainly Aims To Determine The Interactive (Modified) Role Of Gossip In The Workplace to Enhancing The Effect Of Leadership Narcissism On Job Procrastination Through The Mediating Role Of Workplace Ostracism, At The Level Of Private Colleges In The Holy Governorate Of Karbala, Based On A Major Problem That Was Translated Into Several Questions That Included In Its Content, A Set Of Effective And Interactive Relationships Between Variables In The Field, To Support These Relationships Intellectually, The Study Adopted A Model (Fung et al, 2019) In Measuring The Leadership Narcissism Variable, Four Sub-Dimensions (Entitlement/ Exploitativeness , Authority / Leadership, Superiority/ Arrogance, Self-Admiration/Self-Absorption), And A Model (Ferris et al., 2008) To Measure The Workplace Ostracism Variable, A One-Dimensional Scale Consisting Of 10 Paragraphs, And A Model (Kuo et al., 2015) To Measure The Gossip Variable In The Workplace With Two Dimensions (Job-Related Gossip , Non-Job-Related Gossip). While The Study Directed To Measure The Variable Of Job Procrastination With A Model (Strunk et al., 2013) That Includes Two Dimensions And A Model For Measuring Functional Procrastination, Which Included Two Dimensions (Procrastination – Approach, Procrastination – Avoidance), The Descriptive Analytical Approach Was Adopted In A Well-Known Presentation The Questionnaire Was Used As The Main Tool In Collecting Data And Information About The Study Sample, Which Was Represented By A Group Of Faculty Members In A Group Of Private Colleges In The Holy Governorate Of Karbala, Whose Size Is (253) Faculty Member. For The Purpose Of Statistical Analysis And Treatment, The Study Relied On Confirmatory Factor Analysis As Basic Structural Tests For The Validity Of The Approved Measures, A Set Of Descriptive Statistical Measures, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Structural Equation Modeling To Measure Influence Relationships, Path Analysis, And Modified Analysis ), And These Methods Were Used By Statistical Programs (Amos V.23, Modgraph V.3, (SPSS V.23).Several Conclusions Were Reached Through The Study, The Most Important is That Gossip Behaviors In The Colleges Of The Study Sample And At The Field Level Would Modify Or Enhance The Effect Of Leadership Narcissism On Job Procrastination. Contributes To An Increase In Procrastination Behaviors More Than The Presence Of Narcissism Of Leadership Without Gossip In The Workplace In The Field, And The Study Resulted In A Set Of Recommendations, The Most Important Of Which Should Be Leaders In Colleges The Study Sample To Be Objective In Their Decisions And Practices So That The State Of Compatibility Between Saying And Doing On Their Person Occurs First And Then The Faculty Members To Reflect This In The Procedures Of Their Content, Which Should Not Contradict The Instructions Of The Ministry, But In A Manner That Is Appropriate To The Climate Of The Private College Or University To Ensure The Existence Of Healthy Practices That Do Not Lead To Procrastination Due To Leadership Or Some Helpful Behaviors Such As Ostracism And Gossip In The Workplace.
