Abstract

The study mainly aims to determine the interactive ( modified ) role Factory digitalization with its sub-dimensions in the relationship between the Perceived production complexity and the innovation capability  at the sample level ( Dar Al-Warith printing and publishing ) , based on a major problem diagnosed with several questions, including the extent of awareness of the impact and interactive relationships between variables in the field ,and to root the philosophical foundations ,the descriptive analytical approach was adopted mainly in the presentation, analysis and interpretation of study information, the questionnaire was used as a tool a head in collecting data and study information as well as some personal interviews with the respondents who were represented by a group of engineers, technicians , The employees of the study sample house numbered (110) individuals who distributed production lines and various workstations . For the purpose of statistical analysis and processing, the study adopted the test of apparent honesty, content honesty and confirmatory factor analysis as the basic structural tests of the honesty of the approved measures, a set of descriptive statistical measures was used, Pearson correlation coefficient modeling structural Equation Structural Equation Modeling to measure the relationships of influence, moderate analysis (Moderation Analysis) to measure the level of influence via the Amos V statistical software.25) and(SPSS V.25) and(2010) (Microsoft Excel .

Through the study , multiple conclusions were reached, the most important of which was the interest and endeavor of the management of the study sample in the process of employees ‘ awareness of the parts of production processes in an attempt to understand the complexity of production to avoid mistakes and reduce waste rates by providing crisis and support tools, attention to the details of the process, rationalizing policies and procedures, and forming an understanding of the complex system, realizing how it contributes to complexity through clear instructions to reach the level of performance required to meet the needs of customers. Also, the use of an accurate system that connects the Departments of the house with each other electronically to facilitate the delivery of tasks, archiving files and containing work errors . The study also resulted in a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that the management of the study sample should pay attention to internal self-development within the house and coordination between manufacturing, which affects the complexity in production logistics and the vital rebalancing of effective performance.
