Abstract:This research aims to identify the role of servant leadership in improving the reputation of the organization from the point of view of employees in the new Samawa warehouse project by asking the main question ((What is the impact of servant leadership in improving the reputation of the organization))?
To achieve the goals set for this research, two main hypotheses were developed, each with four sub-hypotheses. The first main hypothesis and its sub-hypotheses dealt with the correlation between the first variable, servant leadership (the independent variable) with its dimensions, and the second variable, the reputation of the organization (the dependent variable), and the second main hypothesis and its sub-hypotheses dealt with The effect of the first variable and its dimensions on the second variable, and the researcher developed a hypotheses chart that explains the nature and type of relationship between the research variables and their dimensions , In order to test the hypotheses related to the research, the researcher used the descriptive statistical approach, and the questionnaire was also used as a tool for collecting data and information. To obtain the results of the statistical analysis, a sample of (85) individuals was adopted, representing a segment of the employees working within the project’s administrative and technical units. For the purpose of analyzing the research responses of the study sample, a number of statistical methods were used, the most important of which are (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient).
Based on the outputs of the statistical analysis, the researcher developed several conclusions, the most important of which is ensuring (the existence of a correlation and influence with positive statistical significance between servant leadership and the organization’s reputation). Based on these results and in the conclusions, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, most notably the interest of senior management in consolidating the concepts of servant leadership and the organization’s reputation. among employees and expanding their awareness of the two concepts because of their effectiveness. Its positive role in creating a positive organizational climate enhances the ability to achieve the objectives of the organization under study.
