The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala organized a workshop titled “Practical Applications in Cost Accounting” to enhance students’ skills and link academic knowledge with practical applications.

Dr. Salah Al-Kawaz, alongside Mr. Haider Saad Abdul-Sada and Ms. Rawan Muthanna Muslim from the General Company for Electricity Transmission – Middle Euphrates, led the session. They highlighted the importance of cost accounting, focusing on its practical use in institutions and decision-making processes.

The workshop aimed to provide students with real-world experience and prepare them for the job market. It received significant engagement from attendees, who praised the relevance of the topics discussed. The college concluded the event by thanking the presenters for their valuable contributions.
