Faculty Member from the College of Administration and Economics Participates in a High Diploma Defense Committee in Strategic Security Planning at the University of Baghdad – College of Administration and Economics

Assistant Professor Dr. Hussam Hussein Shiaa Al-Salami, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala, participated as a member of the public defense committee for High Diploma student Hussam Ali Hussein Al-Aqabi in Strategic Security Planning. The defense took place at the University of Baghdad – College of Administration and Economics, Department of Public Administration.

The student’s thesis was titled:
“The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Achieving Digital Transformation in Public Organizations: A Field Study in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.”

The study explored the relationship between strategic leadership and its role in enhancing digital transformation in public organizations, focusing on the experience of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers as a case study.
