Professor Dr. Salah Mahdi Al-Kawaz, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, Department of Accounting at Karbala University, chaired a discussion committee at the Higher Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad. The discussion was based on a research titled:

“Determining the Resource Costs for Buildings According to International LEED Standards for Energy Efficiency and Environmental Design.”
