The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, held an important meeting with Professor Dr. Abdul-Hussein Jassim Al-Asadi, the Administrative Assistant of the College, in the presence of the Head of the Services Division and a group of engineers working in the division.
The meeting comes as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of administrative and technical services and to provide a conducive educational work environment that meets the aspirations of students and faculty members.
During the meeting, the Dean and attendees discussed the key challenges facing administrative and service work within the College and explored ways to improve efficiency across various departments. The discussions emphasized the development of infrastructure and service facilities in line with the College’s needs and future expansions.
Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini stressed the importance of collaboration between the College’s different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. He highlighted the necessity of implementing comprehensive and periodic maintenance plans for all facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, and administrative offices, to maintain a suitable working environment. Additionally, he underscored the importance of adhering to quality and safety standards in all service projects undertaken within the College.
For his part, Professor Dr. Abdul-Hussein Jassim Al-Asadi presented a detailed report on the administrative and service achievements of the past period, alongside the current and future projects aimed at improving the College’s facilities and services. He emphasized the significance of collective efforts by all staff members to achieve the College’s goals and enhance the level of services provided to students and faculty.
The Head of the Services Division also presented several proposals to improve performance, including enhancing cooperation with engineering departments and providing the necessary technical support to ensure continuous and efficient operations. The proposals included plans to develop technical and mechanical work to upgrade the infrastructure.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts made by the administrative and service teams. He stressed the importance of following up on the implementation of the decisions and proposals agreed upon during the meeting and continuing to work with a team spirit to achieve the desired goals.
