Abstract
This research aims to study the role of modern banking services in achieving competitive advantage for banks, as technology and the development of financial services have become the main factors in enhancing banking performance and increasing the level of customer attractiveness.
The research deals with the developments of modern banking services and the impact of digital banking applications, such as Internet banking, smart applications and mobile banking services, in addition to innovations in electronic payment methods such as digital wallets and magnetic cards. Through analysis, the research shows how banks achieve competitive advantage by improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences and providing fast and flexible services. The research relies on an analytical methodology that combines theoretical and applied studies and concludes that investing in modern banking services is a strategic necessity to ensure superiority in a market characterized by global competition.
