As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing academic and administrative quality standards, the Quality Assurance Division at the College of Administration and Economics has completed the auditing and review process for evaluating the performance of faculty and staff for the current academic year.
This phase included a comprehensive and precise review of the evaluation results based on approved standards, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the assessment process. Additionally, faculty and staff were given the opportunity to submit their objections and feedback, with a specialized committee formed to examine and verify the validity of these appeals, ensuring fairness and objectivity in the evaluation process.
The college administration emphasized that these measures reflect its commitment to achieving equitable and unbiased assessment, contributing to the improvement of academic and administrative quality, fostering a supportive academic environment, and encouraging faculty and staff to enhance their performance in alignment with global academic standards.
