Dr. Hamza Imad Abbas Dibs, a lecturer at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala, participated in the inaugural Cultural Week titled “Universities and Their Role in Strengthening the Requirements of Intellectual Security,” organized by Al-Nahrain University in collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Holy Hussain Shrine.
Dr. Hamza Imad’s participation reflects his keen interest in intellectual and cultural issues that contribute to safeguarding the academic community against intrusive ideologies while reinforcing the role of universities in promoting awareness and intellectual security among students and faculty members.
