Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Amanah Al-Shammari, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala, has been selected as a scientific reviewer for several research papers, dissertations, and theses. Among the works assigned to him for evaluation is a research paper titled:
“Exploring the Impact of Organizational Communication on Employee Engagement: A Study on Communication Effectiveness,”
published in Business and Professional Communication Quarterly, a peer-reviewed journal specializing in professional and business communication.

The study examines the influence of organizational communication on employee engagement within an IT services company in India, emphasizing the importance of effective communication in fostering a transparent, inclusive, and cohesive work environment. The research aims to identify communication practices that contribute to higher levels of employee engagement.

A structured questionnaire was electronically distributed to a sample of 500 employees, achieving a response rate of 85%. The survey measured key variables, including communication clarity, frequency, transparency, feedback effectiveness, and the impact of these factors on employee engagement levels.

To analyze the data, the researchers employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to explore the interrelationships among the studied variables. The findings revealed that effective organizational communication plays a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
