A Delegation from the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Visits the Department of Dormitory Affairs to Assess Students’ Needs and Provide Support

As part of its efforts to enhance communication with students and provide them with a suitable living environment, a delegation from the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala conducted an inspection visit to the Department of Dormitory Affairs at the university. The visit aimed to assess the conditions of resident students, listen to their needs and requirements, and work on overcoming the challenges they face.

The delegation included several faculty members and administrators from the college and was received by the Director of the Department of Dormitory Affairs along with several officials and supervisors of university housing. During the visit, the delegation toured the housing facilities, including rooms, halls, kitchens, and other service areas, to evaluate the quality of services provided to students and ensure the availability of essential supplies for their comfort.

Additionally, the delegation held a meeting with a number of resident students, listening to their opinions and feedback on the services provided and discussing the key challenges they face, whether related to infrastructure or daily necessities. The delegation members reaffirmed the College of Administration and Economics’ commitment to supporting students and providing all necessary resources to enhance their academic and living conditions.

For his part, the Director of the Department of Dormitory Affairs praised this initiative, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between various colleges and university administrations to ensure a suitable academic environment for students. He also expressed his gratitude to the visiting delegation for their concern and willingness to offer assistance.

At the end of the visit, the delegation pledged to convey all feedback and suggestions to the relevant university authorities and to work on finding appropriate solutions to meet students’ needs. This initiative aligns with the academic and social responsibility that the College of Administration and Economics upholds toward its students.
