As part of its ongoing efforts to encourage excellence and recognize outstanding contributions, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, honored the Head of the Graduate Studies Division, Lecturer Firas Al-Husseini, along with the division’s staff.
