Abstract
The current study examined the relationship between creative leadership dimensions (problem sensitivity, originality, flexibility, fluency, initiative, and perseverance) and innovative work behavior dimensions (idea exploration, idea generation, idea support, and idea implementation). The study aimed to achieve a set of theoretical and practical objectives, most notably to explore the impact of creative leadership dimensions on innovative work behavior dimensions. The study was conducted on a sample of 140 employees working at the Dar Al-Warith Printing and Publishing Institution, using questionnaire forms as the primary tool for data collection. The researcher relied on the
statistical program (SPSS V.25) for data analysis, employing tools such as standard deviation, regression coefficient, and the calculated t and f values to test the study’s hypotheses. The results showed a clear correlation and impact between creative leadership and innovative work behavior among the institution’s employees. Based on these findings, the researcher provided several recommendations aimed at enhancing and supporting innovative work behaviors by developing the level of creative leadership among employees, contributing to the diversity and development of their operational activities in alignment with the study’s practical findings.
