The College of Administration and Economics Provides Iftar Meals for Dormitory Students

Under the generous patronage of Dr. Hashim Jabar Al-Husseini, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, and in direct coordination with Dr. Muslim Hassan Al-Ghanimi, the Director of the Dormitory Department, the college launched a distinguished humanitarian initiative aimed at supporting male and female students in the dormitories during the blessed month of Ramadan by providing daily iftar meals.

This initiative comes as part of the college’s commitment to providing a comfortable study environment for students and offering them both moral and material support, particularly for those who face challenges in securing iftar meals due to being away from their families. The initiative included providing well-balanced meals containing essential nutrients to ensure the health and well-being of students during the fasting period.

In his remarks, the Dean of the College expressed his happiness with this step, emphasizing that the college is always keen to provide everything that enhances students’ comfort and helps them achieve academic excellence. He also extended his gratitude to all the staff members who contributed to organizing this initiative, commending their great efforts in serving the students.

For his part, the Director of the Dormitory Department praised the initiative, highlighting its importance in fostering a spirit of social solidarity within the campus. Students also expressed their gratitude for this generous gesture, which alleviated their burdens and added a special Ramadan atmosphere to the dormitories.

This initiative reflects the College of Administration and Economics’ commitment to supporting its students through various means, enhancing human and social values, and contributing to the creation of a collaborative and unified university environment.
