Abstract
This study aims to clarify the role of digital tools in improving educational project management methods in Al-Warith Schools Group affiliated to the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain. The study relied on two main variables: the independent variable (digital tools) with seven main dimensions including interaction and participation, motivation and motivation, academic performance, personal learning, challenges and obstacles, cooperation and teamwork, flexibility and comfort, and the dependent variable (educational project management methods) with two main dimensions: the organizational dimension and the technical dimension.
The study community included the teaching staff of Al-Warith Schools Group, and their total number reached (240) individuals, where the sample size was determined according to the Krejci and Morgan table to reach (160) Individuals. The questionnaire was distributed and (152) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the data and test the hypotheses using the programs (SPSS V.25) and (Amos V.).
The results showed that digital tools have a clear positive impact on improving educational project management methods, as they contributed to enhancing interaction and participation, raising the level of motivation and drive, improving academic performance, and overcoming challenges by enhancing cooperation and teamwork and providing a flexible and comfortable educational environment.
