As part of its initiatives to promote volunteerism and enhance the university environment, the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala launched a volunteer campaign involving students and staff to restore and renovate student seating areas. This initiative aims to create a more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space within the university campus.

Supervision and Execution of the Campaign

The campaign was sponsored by Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, Dean of the College, and supervised by Lecturer Dr. Hussein Ali Abdullah, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs. The event saw active participation from students and faculty members, who worked together as a team to repair and refurbish student seating areas.

Objectives of the Initiative

The campaign aimed to:

  • Repair and restore damaged seating to ensure student comfort during break times.
  • Repaint and enhance the seating areas to improve the overall aesthetic appeal of the campus.
