With the participation of 25 private-sector companies and institutions, the College of Administration and Economics organized today the second edition of the Jobs Conference, which represents an important step toward opening new horizons for students and graduates in the labor market.
The conference aims to:
- Build bridges of cooperation between the university and companies.
- Provide direct employment opportunities for young people.
- Train students in modern labor-market skills.
- Support their entrepreneurial projects and develop their abilities beyond government employment.
The University President, Dr. Sabah Wajid, affirmed that the University of Karbala has become a center of expertise and knowledge and is keen to align its curricula with market needs. The respected Dean of the College also emphasized that the private sector is the true future for employment opportunities.
