The descriptive–analytical approach was adopted in preparing the research, and a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for collecting data from a sample of (187) individuals representing employees, department heads, and division managers.

A set of statistical methods was employed to measure and analyze the research data, including regression, correlation, arithmetic mean, AMOS V.23, and SPSS V.26.
