College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Continues Maintenance and Rehabilitation Work in Preparation for the New Academic Year

As part of the preparations for the 2025–2026 academic year, the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala has launched a comprehensive maintenance campaign for classrooms, aiming to create a suitable learning environment that meets the needs of students and faculty members.

The campaign includes the installation of modern secondary ceilings in classrooms and equipping them with advanced lighting systems that provide optimal illumination, enhancing the academic atmosphere inside the classrooms. Additionally, structural and service-related maintenance work is being carried out to ensure building safety and improve efficiency according to modern standards.

The Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, affirmed that these works are part of the college and university plan to develop infrastructure and provide a fully integrated educational environment that supports teaching and research activities. He highlighted the college’s commitment to making the new academic year distinguished in terms of services and educational facilities, positively impacting students’ academic performance.

He also praised the efforts of the engineering and technical committees supervising the maintenance works, emphasizing that the college will continue to develop its buildings and facilities to serve its academic and educational objectives.
