Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the role of the strategy of the five senates in enhancing the performance of the operations within the company, the subject of research and identification of the phenomena and the extent and extent of the correlation between the variables of the study and its dimensions. In order for the study to achieve its objectives .
In order to test the hypotheses of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method in applying them to a sample of individuals working in the General Company for Textiles and Leather Industries – Baghdad, the general headquarters. The company’s population reached ( 350 ) people within the production lines. The sample size was (185) Thus, 185 questionnaires were distributed, 161 of which were returned, 14 of which were not valid for the analysis, 147 of which remained valid for analysis and 87% response rate .
A number of statistical tools were used to reach the results of the study, the most important of which were: simple correlation coefficient, simple regression analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory exploratory analysis, Cronbach alpha, T test and ²R, ( SPSS ). The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a positive correlation and effect relationship between the variable of the strategy of the five years and the performance of the operations in the company. Based on these conclusions, Zaha ( need to increase interest by the company surveyed by applying the five X-axis strategy in the field of work, which leads to enhance the performance of the operations ) .
