A Faculty Member from the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Selected as a Member of the Editorial Board of an American International Journal

Dr. Nibras Kazem Abd, a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala, has been selected and invited to serve as an editor and member of the editorial board of an international journal published in the United States of America, in collaboration with Dr. Mohammed Khair Al-Islam, a faculty member at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia.

This selection came as a result of the distinguished research efforts previously published by the two researchers, particularly their paper entitled:
“A Review of Literature on the Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction Patterns in Mobile Banking Services,”
which attracted the journal’s interest due to its scientific contribution to the field of evaluating customer satisfaction in mobile banking services.

This invitation falls within the framework of strengthening international academic cooperation and advancing research activities, as well as highlighting the scientific competencies at the University of Karbala and their contributions to global publishing, peer review, and editorial work. Such achievements represent a qualitative addition to the university’s academic and research journey.
