For small and medium enterprises in Iraq and their impact on the Iraqi national economy as through small and medium enterprises can eliminate the state of unemployment suffered by Iraqi youth and tried to search through its hypotheses to prove that the impact of the strategy of lending to the unemployment rate in Iraq through its support for projects These projects provide employment opportunities that serve the Iraqi economy in the elimination of unemployment. However, by analyzing the hypotheses of the research, it has been proved that there is no significant statistical significance of the lending strategy on the unemployment rate, although it has been proved that here As a significant effect of statistical significance of the lending strategy on the number of small and medium enterprises. This increase in the number of projects is an unrealistic increase. It is only an increase in figures, indicating that the loans were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were granted. The loans were used for consumption rather than production purposes
