This research aims to identify the role of smart leadership in its three dimensions represented by (emotional intelligence, rational intelligence and spiritual intelligence) in improving the quality of the educational process represented by the dimensions of the quality of the educational services provided, which are (tangibility, dependability, responsiveness, sympathy and reliability) for government schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Holy Karbala Education, from In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a sample of the directors and directors of educational institutions affiliated with the General Directorate of Education of Karbala was tested. The researcher relied on the electronic questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data in order to complete the study and achieve the goals it seeks. (40) questionnaire forms were distributed, of which (31) were returned. Valid for statistical analysis The research included two hypotheses, and the statistical program SPSS Var.26 was used (determination coefficient R2, simple correlation coefficient, pearson, and F test). The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and a significant effect of smart leadership and the quality of educational services, and the research urged a group of Recommendations are among the most important of which are to give attention to the permanent development of senior leaderships What is in line with developments in the modern business environment, spreading the culture of quality at all levels of educational institutions, activating the role of quality boards in educational institutions, providing the necessary infrastructure such as classrooms, laboratories, and places to practice various activities in the educational institution. The necessity of motivating and encouraging the teaching staff, workers and students through material and moral support for them by leaders in educational institutions.
