The aim of this research is to define the role of moral leadership in organization leadership, and in order to achieve this, the dimensions of moral leadership (respect, service, justice, integrity) were adopted, and organization leadership was expressed in its dimensions (independence, creative, proactive, risk-taking). The research tried to answer several questions, including: Is there a correlation for ethical leadership in organization leadership?
The research was conducted in the Al-Joud Company for the Abbasid Holy Shrine Karbala – Iraq, as the necessary information for the field side was obtained through the questionnaire prepared for this purpose, as it was distributed to a sample of (65) employees representing branches, divisions, divisions and units in the company, as well as interviews and personal notes.
A number of descriptive and analytical statistical methods have been adopted, including the weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and (t) value of the arithmetic means, and the simple correlation coefficient was used to measure the correlation relationship between the two variables and the (t) test to know the significance of this relationship, and the simple regression analysis and (F) test to determine the significance Regression equation, and (R2) has also been used to explain the amount of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable .
And the research pointed to a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of an influencing relationship between the role of moral leadership by its dimensions on organization leadership in the generosity company of the holy Abbasid shrine, Karbala – Iraq. Then the research was concluded with a set of recommendations related to its variables, including :
The necessity of applying the moral leadership in the company to the research community and adapting its dimensions to its reality because it is one of the modern strategies of the leadership that seeks to protect the company, preserve the natural resources for future generations, maintain the relationship with the customer and achieve leadership in the company, and then return to it to excel .
