Abstract
This study aims to show the relationship between the creative leadership and organizational dynamic capabilities of a sample of the Iraqi civil colleges of deans and their assistants, heads of scientific departments, as well as measure the impact of relations between the different variables of the study and tested. To achieve this, the researcher has adopted a number of research approaches, represented a practical approach based on the serviy study to test the variables and relationships cemented to the concepts that have been addressed and establish it. The study has been tested on a sample of the Iraqi civil colleges in three provinces (Karbala, Najaf, Babel) where they were obtaining the necessary field as well as information through the questionnaire form prepared for that purpose and distributed to a sample of eight civil colleges included 63 individuals formed the senior leadership of the faculties of internalized (Deans and their assistants and the heads of scih departments), and the data was obtained using a number of statistical tools to get the results related to the analysis, as was the use of the correlation coefficient (Spearman) to measure the correlation between variables and test (t) to see This relationship, regression analysis, and testing (F) to determine the significant regression equation, and also used (R2) the amount of explain the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable .the study found a set of conclusions, namely: – (a positive significant correlation and the impact of between the creative leadership attributes and components of dynamic organizational capabilities, where the surveyed colleges interested in creative leadership, because of its relationship to develop dynamic organizational capabilities).
The study concluded with a set of recommendations including: the need to work to attract leaders with qualifications and experience, knowledge and mental capacity and distinctive creative to work within the college administration to reach the best possible performance. By searching for these talents in training and qualifying institutions and graduates of the academy universities.
