The present study deals with identifying the impact of Social Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship behavior in Strategic Change through applying it’s in Colleges of Karbala University. The continuous change in Environment , and the increase in competition between Government and Special Education, which makes an University under research realize the importance of enhancing Social Intelligence represented by their variables (Social Understanding , Social Perception , Social Memory, Social Creativity, and Social Knowledge ), and Organizational Citizenship behavior represented by their variables (Altruism , Civic Virtue , Sportsmanship, Conscientiousness, and Courtesy ) versus Strategic Change represented by their variables(Process Change, Organizational Culture Change, and Organizational Structure Change) .
To achieve study aims, hypothetical diagram is set ,identifying the nature of relation between the dimensions of independent variables and those of the dependent variable , To explore the nature of this relation, several hypotheses are formulated , These hypotheses are tested by way of using advanced statistical means ,applying the statistical program For windows- spss-16, and using the simple correlation to measure the connection relationship between variables , T – test to know the significant of this relationship and F – test to identify the importance of regression equation. R2 – test is also used to explain the range of effect of the independent variable in the dependent variable. All Colleges of Karbala University is chosen study to population and their number (16) Colleges by many specialties and this give importance to study a study and generation ability it’s conclusions, The sample of the study chosen purposive sample meet Study Conditions which consists of (103) persons ,including Leaders represented by Colleges Boards in University. Aquestionaire is used as a main tool in data collection related to the empirical side of the study. The study reaches at a number of conclusions, the most important of which are : –
1- There is Multy correlation relationships between variables(Social Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship behavior ) and (Strategic Change ) was More than simple correlation Value between Above variables. And This Enhancing of Study for Select Gather variables .
4- There is an effectiveness relationship which are important to Social Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship behavior in Strategic Change. And This Enhancing of Study Direction for Select tow independent variables (Social Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship behavior) to effect in the dependent variable (Strategic Change),was Multy regression value More than simple regression value for each independent variable to effect in dependent variable .
