The aim of this study to a knowledge the role of talent management and information systems strategy in Excellent performance, And this The study provided the basic of a theory of talent management , strategic information systems & Excellent performance , and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study were building a blueprint hypothetically determines the nature of the relationship between the independent variables of management talent and dimensions ( to attract talent, recruit talent, develop talent, retain talent ) and strategic information systems dimensions ( individuals , information, information technology ) & adopted variable dimensions of Excellent performance ( strategy, leadership , culture , market ) , and for the purpose of identifying the nature of the relationship between the variables the study relied on a set of assumptions the main and branch emanating from it. For the purpose of testing hypotheses have been applied to the study in a sample of private Iraqi banks to obtain the necessary information through a form questionnaire prepared for this purpose , which was distributed to a sample of (6) banks . The number of the individuals of the sample is (60) representing the administrative leadership in various levels,, To measure the meaningful relationship between the study variables, T-test and Simple & multiple correlation factor are used. To determine the meaningfulness of the regression equation, the Simple & multiple regression analysis and F-test is used, R2 is used to explain the amount of effect the independent variable have on the dependent variable.. The study also found a set of conclusions can be summarized that there is a significant role for talent management and strategic information systems in outstanding performance in the surveyed banks The study then concluded with a set of recommendations on three variables and other related future studies.
