Abstract
Knowledge capital is the key determinant of development. When the gap between it and the rest of the capital takes place, it must be paid attention to human capabilities in terms of training, preparation, deepening of expertise and support of innovative capabilities. The ability of the rest of the capital, so the countries aspiring to growth and progress to work to develop and increase attention to capital knowledge and increase innovations This study was launched to address several problems, including the lack of studies that specialized in this subject in terms of linking the knowledge capital and organizational innovation to promote innovation and creativity in faculties that have not been noticed and studies have not been conducted on these variables. The study sought to test the correlative and affective relationships between their variables, which were presented in the form of specialized hypotheses for each. The study sought to achieve a set of objectives that were developed in its methodology. This study reflects the importance of this study, in which the descriptive approach was adopted. The questionnaire was used to collect its data. The questionnaire included the variables of the study model, which was composed of colleges and civil universities in the holy governorate of Karbala. (130) faculty member, using several statistical methods to extract results such as weighted mean, standard deviation, percentage, coefficient of difference, correlation coefficient (T), regression coefficient for measuring results and hypothesis test (F) The study reached a number of conclusions, including knowledge capital in its dimensions (skill, experience, ability, knowledge) in developing the innovative capabilities of the members of the College Council for the colleges and civil universities in the holy province of Karbala, which distinguishes the work of these colleges and develops the innovative capabilities of the organization, Moral and moral influence among its variables. The study presented a set of recommendations based on these conclusions, including the non-suppression of the innovative energies with the organizational knowledge of the members and the benefit and development of it and to serve the work of colleges and universities in the province and other areas of research.
