Abstract
The Study Aimed To Test The Impact Of Total Quality Management Practices As An Independent Variable In Sustainable Organizational Performance As A Dependent Variable Through The Mediating Role Of Strategic Flexibility. In Order To Achieve This, The Study Relied On Seven Dimensions Of Total Quality Management Practices (Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Information ,Analysis And Improvement, Focus On Human Resources, Process Management, And Quality Results ) Based On( Tarı et al, 2007 ; José et al, 2004), And The Dimensions Of Sustainable Organizational (Paulraj, 2011), While Strategic Flexibility Was Adopted As A One-Dimensional Variable Based On (Lin et al, 2014).
Al Furat State Company For Chemical And Pesticides Industries In Babylon Was Selected To Test The Hypotheses Of This Study Through A Questionnaire Prepared For This Purpose, The Sample Of The Study Included (216) Employees In The Company Representatives (Managers At All Levels And Some Administrative And Technical Staff), The Problem Of The Study Was The Intellectual Questions Which Describes A Reality In Which Integrated (TQM Management Practices, Strategic Flexibility And Sustainable Organizational Performance) Are Integrated, The Most Prominent Questions Of The Study Is “Does Strategic Flexibility Play An Mediary Role In The Relationship Between TQM Practices And Sustainable Organizational Performance?” The Importance Of The Study Was Reflected In The Industrial Sector, Which Is An Important Sector Because Of Its Impact On The Economic, Social And Environmental Aspects. In The Country, As Well As Its Influence In Other Aspects. A Number Of Statistical Methods Were Used, The Most Important Of Which Is The Structural Equation Modeling In Testing The Direct And Indirect Effect Between Variables. The Study Came Up With A Set Of Conclusions, Including The High Perception Of The Variables Of The Current Study In The Sample Studied. Strategic Flexibility Has The Role Of A Partial Mediator In The Relationship Between TQM Practices And Sustainable Organizational Performance. The Study Recommended, Among Other Recommendations, Enhancing The Strategic Flexibility In Al Furat State Company For Chemical And Pesticides Industries , And Focus On The Practices Of Total Quality Management For Its Role In Increasing The Company’s Ability To Face Environmental And Competitive Changes In The Long Term And Reflected In Achieving Sustainability In Organizational Performance.
