Abstract
mportance of intellectual capital in organizations. Does the current educational organizations possess intellectual capital? This was the basis for the growth of the problem of perspective research. . The reason for choosing this topic is due to the importance of the role of intellectual capital in the success of the educational process in the educational organization. The research objectives were embodied with a set of goals, including building a clear vision on how to achieve the quality of educational service by relying on intellectual capital for educational organizations. As for its importance, it emanated from the originality of its content. Scientific and cognitive This research was applied in a community represented by 220 government schools located within the center of Najaf Governorate A sample was taken from this community based on the table of the size of the selected samples and according to the source (Morgan, 1970: 607-610). The research is both intellectual capital and the quality of educational service. Data quality and validity were tested, reliability was tested, hypotheses were tested, and for analyzing the responses, a number of statistical methods and methods were used, such as percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient. These methods were implemented on the computer by adopting the spss program and the amos program. And it has been verified From the validity of the reliability of the measurement model used and then formulating the hypotheses aimed at testing the hypothetical model of the research, including is there a correlation of statistical and moral significance between intellectual capital in its dimensions and the quality of educational service in its dimensions? One of the most important recommendations that contribute to improving the quality of educational service is the development of the human element, educating it and improving its skills. Some other future studies suggested that a study similar to the subject of the research should be carried out, but applied to private schools instead of government ones.
