Abstract:
The aim of this research is to know the extent of the impact of the dimensions of strategic clarity on the quality of service by knowing the extent of the researched organization’s interest in applying strategic clarity. The problem of the research is to support the strategic clarity of service quality through an analytical exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in the General Directorate of Karbala Education. The research problem lies in clarifying the impact of the dimensions of strategic clarity on the dimensions of the quality of service provided to auditors in the General Directorate of Karbala Education. In order to address the topic comprehensively, this was clarified with a theoretical framework related to strategic clarity and quality of service to ensure the existence of strategic clarity and quality of service.
The importance of the research was to focus on the possibility of providing the basic matters to improve and advance the reality of the quality of service provided to auditors in the General Directorate of Karbala Education and to reduce the negative consequences that it is expected to suffer as a result of the lack of clarity in the strategy it follows.
The field of application of this research is the General Directorate of Karbala Education, as the questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data, and the sample size for this research was 97 respondents, who are administrative leaders working in the investigated directorate and who have a role in successfully implementing the directorate’s strategy.
This research relied on two main hypotheses. The first: There is a correlation between strategic clarity in terms of its dimensions and the quality of service in terms of its dimensions. The second: There is a significant effect of strategic clarity in terms of its dimensions on the quality of service in terms of its dimensions.
Descriptive statistics and analytical statistics were used, and some statistical methods were used, namely relative importance, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient. Spss program was used for statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
The study concluded with a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which was that strategic clarity plays an important role in providing services at a high level of quality by taking advantage of clarity and vision to work accurately according to a specific strategy, and a great ability to think and confront ambiguity and continuous changes.
As for the most prominent recommendations, we should work to increase attention to the variable of strategic clarity, by focusing on developing and developing the skills of leaders and workers, and creating the appropriate organizational environment to work with a clear goal and strategy to enable them to provide high-quality services.
