Training programs and their impact on improving Quality services in youth institutions

The research aims to know the effect of training programs on improving the quality of services for youth institutions / the Coordination and Follow-up Department in the Ministry of Youth and Sports; it is not hidden that training represents a contribution to raising the level of performance of employees and preparing them to perform their duties efficiently and effectively, and thus is positively reflected in improving the quality of service provided by the institution. The correlation and influence were determined between the independent variable, training programs in its dimensions (identifying training needs, designing training programs, trainers, evaluating training programs) and the dependent variable, service quality in its combined dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, reliability and empathy). The sample of the study consisted of (60) individuals working in the Coordination and Follow-up Department at the Ministry of Youth and Sports from various administrative levels (upper, middle, lower and elite employees). The questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool, then the data collected by the questionnaire was analyzed (tool The study) using a number of statistical tools to obtain the results related to the study and among the most important tools used (percentages, frequencies, t-test, regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient), and from the results that were reached is that training programs have a role in improving the quality of services for youth institutions. That is, the availability of training programs with their own steps leads to improving the quality of services provided by youth institutions, and the researcher recommends raising the level of quality of services provided by preparing training programs that work on that, searching for the latest developments in this field, making use of them and allocating the necessary material and human resources
