Abstract
This study aims to identify the impact of charitable leadership in its dimensions (moral sensitivity، spiritual depth، positive absorption، societal response)، in achieving happiness in the workplace with its dimensions of (absorption، job satisfaction، effective organizational commitment). It has been applied to a sample of individuals employed in universities and private colleges in the holy governorate of Karbala (Al-Ameed University، Warith Al-Anbiya University، Al-Zahra University for Girls). In achieving happiness for employees in universities and colleges (the sample of the study). A number of hypotheses have been formulated that revolve around the existence of correlation and influence relationships between good leadership in its dimensions and happiness in the workplace. The analytical descriptive approach was used in dealing with the study data، and the sample method ( stratified random ) was used to choose the study sample with a number of (207) employees، and the questionnaires were valid for analysis with a response rate of (90%)، and a number of statistical methods were used in data analysis، such as the analysis test. Confirmatory factor، test of normal distribution، descriptive statistics، correlation analysis (Pearson)، and structural equation modeling to test influence relationships based on the approved analysis programs SPSS V.23; Amos V.23). The study reached a set of results، the most important of which was the presence of a significant effect of the charitable leadership variable in its dimensions in achieving happiness in the workplace، and this indicates that leaders in universities and colleges study sample whenever they sought to apply ethical behaviors in their dealings. With employees، go deeper into the work spirit، enjoy responsiveness to work requirements and pay attention to employees’ personal issues، whenever this motivates employees to feel happy in their workplace. The study concluded with a number of recommendations، including (the necessity of focus and attention on the part of universities and colleges، the study sample، on adopting good leadership practices and methods and applying them to all departments and divisions of colleges by employing people who possess the characteristics of good leadership and have the ability to apply them in the field).
