Abstract
Al-Walaa Grain Milling Company is a private sector mills, funded by the Ministry of Commerce through the general grain trading company to supply grain quantities. We have conducted practical experience on that company which included the use of some of the economic criteria used in the company. The study tried to monitor the concepts and the efficiency of the economic performance in its theoretical framework. The details of which are articulated in the first part of the concept are importance, objectives, stages, foundations, functions and standards for the efficiency of economic performance, and then included us in the state of the situation of agriculture in Iraq and detailed explanation of the status of the loyalty company to grind grains. The main obstacles faced by the company in the second discourse, while in the third, the study took care in its practical framework to assess the efficiency of the economic performance of the company. The standards that showed the theoretical details in the first part of the situation of the company, to show us a group of Results of significant value in monitoring the evaluation of the efficiency of the economic performance of the company. These results represented a set of criteria revealed by a set of tables, for example but not limited and after we checked the consideration of the data we relied on survey and scan of company data and application of the group Criteria for efficiency of economic performance we have a lot of results. The amount of cereals received by the general company for grain trading, Karbala, which led to a decline in the value of production, profits, value added, wages and salaries, reduced the number of employees, resulting in a decrease in the economic efficiency of the company.
