The Impact of the Work Environment in Engagement Employee (An Exploratory Study in the Petroleum Products Distribution Company/ The Baghdad Distribute Foundation)
Abstract
The research Endeavor to identify the effect of the work environment on Employee Engagement in the light of work environment variables (material work conditions, leadership, technology, incentives) and variables of Employee Engagement (enthusiasm, comprehension, work immersion, sincerity and dedication) by surveying the opinions of a sample of employees In the petroleum products distribution company/ The Baghdad Distribute Foundation. The research followed the analytical exploratory approach and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool in data collection, and it was distributed to a sample of (90) employees in the Oil Products Distribution Company, and the ready-made statistical program (SPSS.V.24) was used in analyzing the data to extract the arithmetic mean, standard deviations and correlation coefficient (Spearman) And simple linear regression.The results confirmed the existence of a significant correlation between the work environment and Employee Engagement in the researched company, as well as the presence of a significant effect of the work environment on Employee Engagement, and that the level of influence increases directly with their presence together.
