Abstract
The current research aims to determine the test of the relationship between the independent variable open innovation in its dimensions (internal open innovation, external open innovation) based on (Danook, 2020) and the dependent variable sustainable performance in its dimensions (environmental dimension, social dimension, economic dimension) based on the scale (Al-Mawajda, 2019, Al-Ajili, 2022, Al-Najjar, 2023). A hypothetical scheme was developed that determines the nature of the relationship between the two variables. In order to know or reveal the nature of this relationship, a number of hypotheses were developed and tested using the statistical program (SPSSV26). The research was applied to a sample of employees of Naseem Al-Warith Company and included employees of departments that have a direct relationship with dealing with open innovation, numbering (40) employees. The data for the research were collected using a questionnaire form that was designed from ready-made scales. The researcher relied on a set of statistical methods to reach the results related to the research (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple linear correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the dimensions of open innovation (the research results show that there are significant relationships of influence for open innovation standards and sustainable performance in the research sample company. The organization is a purposeful social system, and this system cannot operate efficiently and effectively if the principles of human relations do not prevail. There is also a significant impact of open innovation in enhancing the sustainable performance of the organization under study.
